I am cooking a large prime rib for Saturday night. Because my Saturday is busy, I am cooking the prime rib on Friday then cutting it up.
How do you recommend reheating the prime rib so it doesn't overcook and should I slice it in advance?

I am gearing up for the holidays and this year that means lots of cookies! I will be making them for a cookie exchange, for my kids classrooms, two holiday parties I am hosting (one for my co-workers) and as gifts. I need something that is fairly easy meaning; no crazy equipment needed. I have a great mixer and a few other baking essentials. I want them to look and taste great.
Am I asking too much??? :)

Does anybody have a really good baseline vanilla cupcake recipe? The type of cupcake I would like is something which is moist inside. And if anyone has any substitutes of using apple sauce that would be appreciated also!

What is the least unhealthy food to eat for breakfast?
1) Old-fashioned donut (unglazed)
2) Bagel with cream cheese
3) Blueberry muffin
I usually don't have much time to eat breakfast (otherwise I would eat cereal with almond milk), so I grab something either from the donut shop or the coffee house. What's the best thing to eat out of the three? I suppose I could substitute peanut butter instead of cream cheese on the bagel, but aren't bagels really carbo-dense anyways? (l heard it's like one bagel equals 5 slices of bread carb-wise...)

I absolutely love tamales, I made some today with disappointing results, mainly from the masa mix. My beef stuffing was delicious but the masa mix was lacking in flavor big time. Does anybody have a truly authentic south of the border tasting recipe for the masa mix???? Help!!!
