Ingredients
  • 2 Lbs Ground Beef
  • 2 med Eggs
  • 1/2 pak Saltine Crackers crummed
  • 2 tblsp Ground Cumin
  • 1/2 tblsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 tblsp Oregano
  • 2 lrg Cloves Garlic
  • 1 lrg Jalapeno seeded
  • 1 med Onion diced real small
  • 2 cup Cilantro Chopped
  • Salt

  • 10 cup sauce pan
  • Medium Fry pan
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Chef Knife
  • Cutting Board
  • Stove
Steps
  1. Mix all your ingrediants by hand smash and mix together real well.
  2. Roll up the meat balls to golf ball size and fry in a frying pan until browned.
  3. Add to your marinara sauce and pasta.
Recipe Notes
I like to add the Meat balls with grease and all and simmer for about 20 min.

If you want extra spice leave the seeds in your jalapeno.
