2 Lbs Ground Beef
2 med Eggs
1/2 pak Saltine Crackers crummed
2 tblsp Ground Cumin
1/2 tblsp Ground Black Pepper
2 tblsp Oregano
2 lrg Cloves Garlic
1 lrg Jalapeno seeded
1 med Onion diced real small
2 cup Cilantro Chopped

10 cup sauce pan
Medium Fry pan

Steps
Mix all your ingrediants by hand smash and mix together real well.
Roll up the meat balls to golf ball size and fry in a frying pan until browned.
Add to your marinara sauce and pasta.
Recipe Notes
I like to add the Meat balls with grease and all and simmer for about 20 min.
If you want extra spice leave the seeds in your jalapeno.
