Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 cup flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups potato, peeled and steamed
  • 2 cups broccoli
  • 1 cup carrots
  • 1 can Pasta sauce (any kind)
Tools
  • rolling pin
  • pasta machine
Steps
  1. Beat the eggs together
  2. Add flour and salt into a large bowl
  3. Make a well in the middle of flour mixture
  4. Add eggs into the well
  5. Slowly incorporate eggs into dough
  6. Keep mixing until you get a ball
  7. Knead until smooth
  8. Put dough ball in bowl and cover with plastic wrap for 15 min
  9. Uncover and knead into flat sheet with rolling pin
  10. Roll the dough through the pasta machine once or twice
  11. Mash the potato, broccoli, and carrots together until even mixture
  12. Cut pasta sheet in half
  13. Put a spoonful of the vegetable mixture spaced evenly on one pasta sheet
  14. Put other pasta sheet on top
  15. Cut out ravioli squares and seal with a fork
  16. Heat a pot of water to a boil
  17. Cook the ravioli 7-9 minutes in the water
  18. Heat your sauce of choice and serve over ravioli
