Seven courses of beef is a Vietnamese specialty served in only a couple different restaurants in Vietnamese areas.  You might think it is really heavy, but it actually isn't as each course of beef is prepared in small cuts and small portions.  Wanderingchopsticks.com (one of my favorite blogs) has a great entry on it here:
