1. Put pre-cut chicken in a plastic bag with fish sauce/soy sauce and a touch of sesame oil. 2. While chicken is marinading, cut broccoli into bite size pieces. 3. Warm up left over rice in the microwave until it is luke warm. 4. Put the broccoli on top of the rice and microwave again till rice is hot and broccoli is just softened. 5. Pat dry chicken and cook in a pan. 6. Put it all on a plate and eat! Top with lemon juice if a touch of acid is desired.
