farro vs spelt?

Does anyone have any experience in the difference of farro vs spelt? They kind of look similar as grains and I think farro is from Italy?

Spelt is actually traced from Europe to Spain. We learned to use Spelt in breads,beers,etc...but Farro is common in Italy.Interestly Farro is used in Matzo.I don't have much experience cooking with them but I'll look into it.I did a little research(I'll do more) but now I'm curious.....how about you?
