Balik Ekmek (literally translated to fish in bread) is readily available where there is a body of water available for fishing.  The sandwich pretty much is that.. fish in bread.  Nothing really spectacular in terms of flavors, but the ingredients are really fresh.  The fish are of a mackerel variety so if you like that, you'll like this dish.

Quite literally.. fish in bread.  No sauce or anything is present.  My only criticism is the bread should be a little bit softer.
