Frozen yogurt is one of those delicious desserts where in some metropolitan areas, there has been an explosion of growth.  Traditionally, we have known frozen yogurt from stores like Dairy Queen and Golden Spoon.

Is your frozen yogurt shop next?

In recent years new chains of self serve frozen yogurt have popped up.  These chains are different because they have up to 12 self serve machines where you can fill up as much as you want.  In addition to that, you can add fruits and even cereal to it.

The cost?  On average $.30 an ounce.  But.. is this bubble imploding..?

Even though this article only talks about Orange County, California  the bubble popping may be spreading to other areas...
