I  love food. I love eating food, I love cooking food, but most importantly I love teaching about food.

So many times out there in the world, I constantly hear from people, "I don't know how to cook, and it's too hard." Or "I never learned from my parents so I can't cook". Nonsense. Learning to cook is no different than learning how to drive a car.

Like driving, you first need to spend a little bit of time understanding some basic rules of the land. At first you might drive a little slow, but once you start it will seem like second nature to you.

My background is full Vietnamese, and it is sort of shows in some of the dishes I cook. But as you cook more, you realize that cooking is really the same across all ethnicities. The key is understanding those fundamentals so you can pull out any recipe and understand how to cook it.

At the end of the day, I want to empower you to take control of your kitchen and give you the ability to cook anything out there in the world. Once you can do this, you now have the freedom three times a day to eat what you want and not what a restaurant serves.

If you want to take this crazy journey which will forever change your life, check out our online courses! If you don't like it you always can go back to what you were doing before.

But I promise you. It'll be a life changing experience.
